Product Order Information

| Artwork Requirements: |
- Logos must be supplied in either .cdr (Corel Draw ver.11 or earlier) or .eps for Illustrator ver.10 or earlier.
- Text must be converted to curves or outlines.
- PMS# colours to be supplied.
- If you cannot supply artwork to our requirements there may be an art charge to have your artwork re-created. Charges are subject to complexity of logo.
- Once we have your logo on file it is stored on our database for any future use.
- Please note there is no need for you to design the final layout for your products. Simple supply your logo and any other additional information AND WE WILL DO THE REST!

| Delivery Details: |
- If you require a product within the delivery time specified on your quote we cannot guarantee delivery for this time until we check our supplies. Please try and allow as much time as possible.
- Please note we cannot deliver goods to a PO Box as they will be dispatched to you via courier.

| Payment Options: |
- We accept cash, cheque, direct deposits, Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa.

| Order Details: |
- Once your order has been received you will be faxed a confirmation outlining all details. This will need to be signed and faxed ASAP so your order will be processed.
- When we receive your logo, an art reference sheet will be faxed to you for your approval. To help speed up your orders please sign and fax this back ASAP as delivery times start from when we receive a signed copy of your art reference sheet.
- Any repeat orders do not require an art reference sheet, unless there have been changes made. If you require an art reference sheet for any repeat jobs these will only be done at your request.
- If ordering clothing please specify sizes.
