Please read carefully as it is important that you understand and accept all our terms and conditions.

| Payment Terms |
|
New Customers – On commencement of first order we will require 50% deposit and balance payable strictly 7 days after receiving the goods. After your first order you will be placed on a 7 day account.
Government or School bodies will be given 30 days from date of invoice.
The exception to this will be all overseas sourced or custom manufactured products which will require a 50% payment upon order, and balance due 14 days from date of invoice.

| Debt or Slow payment |
|
Non payment of goods supplied by Silveradoh will be pursued vigorously by whatever means are necessary to recover full costs, including legal fees, debt collection fees and any other costs incurred. We will apply interest on outstanding debts at 1.5% per month calculated daily.

| Samples |
|
We are happy to supply samples on a sale or return basis. After receiving the sample you may return it to Silveradoh within 21 days. If we have not received the sample in original condition within this time frame, an invoice will be issued for its full value including freight.

|
| Cancellation of Order |
|
Cancellation of an order after confirmation will result in all Silveradoh’s costs up to that point being passed onto the customer. Products decorated to a customer’s specifications are only of use to you and cannot be returned or reused by us.

| Prices |
|
Silveradoh supplies thousands of products from many different manufacturers and we will always endeavour to provide accurate pricing, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

|
| Delivery of Product |
|
Silveradoh will always undertake to supply goods on time and have constantly maintained a good record of doing so. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by transport failure, floods, war, acts of terrorism, accident, fire, industrial action, or any other circumstances outside our control.

|
| Returns/Claims |
|
Silveradoh requires that if you have a claim for a faulty product or incorrect decoration, that you contact us in writing or email within 14 days. At our discretion, if we determine the product is faulty, we will replace the product.
